Stainless steel exterior on front and sides provide a heavy-duty use, that is also easy to clean when needed. It's smooth machine polished cooking surface with built-in Salamander under ensures reliable performance. A Piezo ignition with pilot system makes this burner easy to use - so you don't have to worry about trying to manually light it for every use.
The 19mm thick steel griddle plate gives you a large surface area to cook multiple foods simultaneously. A 15 MJ/h radiant style burner with heat deflector every 305mm provides an even heat distribution - cooking your food consistently.
Designed to be low maintenance, this griddle comes with a removable grease drawer - making removal of grease and oil a quick and simple task. This gas griddle range uses natural gases.
